Chef Will Greene
Our chef Will Greene has definitely been making a name for
himself. Will and partner Jo recently celebrated the arrival of baby Audrey and
are settling into their home in Mt Beauty after moving from Falls Creek.
With both parents being chefs Will literally grew up under the kitchen bench.
Cooking is in his blood and his passion for playing with flavours and recipes
has helped him develop his own unique style. ‘I tend to make everything myself
and don’t like pre-made sauces or pre-packaged anything,’ he said. ‘I like food
that has integrity but is uncomplicated and I’m very particular about using
fresh ingredients’ . |

Additions to the Cafe
There have been additions to the café to increase seating and enable
customers to enjoy the venue all year round. With the open design up to 120
people can be seated undercover, and still enjoy the breathtaking scenery. |
