This exceptional sparkling wine is made entirely from Annapurna Estate fruit, grown under pristine alpine conditions.
Blended from 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, handcrafted in the traditional French method and bottle fermented on yeast lees for 18 months makes it truly ‘Methode Classique’ and the ultra premium wine in our range.
It shows fine elegance and soft lingering length of flavour. Excellent as an aperitif, for dessert or simply for the celebration of life!
